VINEGAR JOE Vinegar Joe - Sealed (2021 Japanese issue 11-track CD album – a superb reissue of the 1972 self-titled debut from the British blues-rock outfit Vinegar Joe, fronted by the powerhouse vocal duo Robert Palmer and Elkie Brooks. Formedfrom the ashes of the experimental jazz-rock collective Dada, the group quickly became renowned for their fiery live performances and raw, soulful energy.
The album includes the standout single Never Met A Dog (That Took To Me) and the Bonus Recording Speed Queen Of Ventura, capturing the early spark of two soon-to-be British rock icons.
Housed in a standard jewel case, complete with picture booklet featuring extensive sleevenotes, a detailed UK discography, and reproductions of the artwork from the band’s three albums recorded prior to their split in 1973. Factory sealed from new, this example remains in Mint condition throughout CDLEM108)
