BOB DYLAN Bob Dylan Vol. 3 (Mega rare 1966 Japanese-only 13-track '360 Sound' stereo vinyl LP pressed by Nippon Columbia, offering a unique reordering of tracks from the regular 1962 Bob Dylan album, housed in an exclusive anachronistic sleeve. The sleeve is silk laminated with scalloped flipbacks & all text on the back is exclusively in Japanese, and includes the original company inner and rare original red & white obi-strip. TRACKLISTING AND EXTRA INFORMATION
Condition
The condition of the sleeve is remarkable considering how delicate it is. The flipbacks are secure & there is no writing. The lightweight cover has formed some mild general wear through the years, housing the heavyweight vinyl. Otherwise there is a little chipping to the laminate along an edge or two, with all text clearly legible including along the spine. The Jesse Fuller penned song, 'You're No Good', is incorrectly titled, 'She's No Good' on the front cover & Side 2 label.
The inner has only light signs of age and the rare obi has some light creases but no rips or tears, the first we have ever seen.
The heavyweight vinyl is super clean with bright smooth orange labels. The vinyl grades Excellent with a deep sheen both sides & minimal evidence of play. Very nice indeed, tough to find in any condition & ideal for a serious Dylan collector, especially with the obi!
