JOHN MCLAUGHLIN Devotion (1984 US issue of the 1970 6-track vinyl LP, starring Larry Young, Billy Rich & Buddy Miles. The album came just after McLaughlin left Miles Davis and just before Mahavishnu Orchestra, and was born out of a session that also featured Jimi Hendrix, none of which has been released, but what did get recorded here minus Hendrix is pretty far out regardless.
